Terms and Conditions

Insurance Requirement
The RENTER must provide proof of full coverage insurance for the full value of the equipment during the rental period, at their own cost. If no insurance is provided, a 15% insurance fee will be added. The RENTER is responsible for keeping the equipment in good condition.
Loss or Damage
The RENTER must pay for any equipment that is lost, stolen, or not returned. If the equipment is damaged, it must be repaired to the condition it was in when rented. The OWNER’s invoice will determine the cost of repairs or replacement.
Equipment Location
The RENTER cannot move the equipment from the listed job site or use location without written permission from the OWNER. The RENTER must inform the OWNER of the equipment’s location if asked.
Rental Period and Charges
The equipment is delivered and returned at the RENTER’s own risk and cost.
- If the rental is charged by period (e.g. daily, weekly), charges apply from delivery until return.
- If charged by term (e.g. monthly), the full term must be paid, even if the equipment is returned early.
- If not returned on time, charges will continue for additional terms until returned.

Access and Recovery
The OWNER has the right to enter the RENTER’s property to inspect the equipment. If the RENTER violates the agreement, the OWNER may enter the property and take back the equipment at the RENTER’s risk and expense.
No Liens or Transfers
The RENTER cannot pledge or use the equipment as collateral. The OWNER can cancel the agreement immediately if the RENTER fails to pay rent on time or files for bankruptcy.
No Warranty
The OWNER provides no warranty, except to replace the equipment with the same or similar model if it fails to meet the manufacturer’s specs. Replacement will happen as soon as reasonably possible after return of the faulty equipment.
Liability and Damages
The RENTER is responsible for any injuries or damages, including during repossession, and agrees not to hold the OWNER liable for any related claims or special damages.
Legal Fees
The RENTER must pay for any legal or collection costs the OWNER incurs to enforce this agreement or recover unpaid amounts.
Acceptance and Fuel Policy
These terms take effect when the equipment is delivered or picked up by the RENTER or their representative.
