Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Terms

· This agreement applies to all equipment you rent from Plantation Equipment from today until the rental ends or this agreement is changed.

· The rental price is effective when the equipment is received unless otherwise agreed upon by a Plantation Equipment employee.

2. Customer Responsibilities 

· If you have a rental period of 5 days or longer, you are required to check oil. Please contact the office if there is any problem, an employee will assist you as quickly as possible.

· If you exceed the rental period without any communication to the office, there will be a $75 charge. 1 day=8 hours

· We understand that the machines may get dirty during the rental period, we ask that you clean the equipment to the best of your ability. If the machine returns in a state that is deemed unacceptable, there will be a $150 charge.

3. Identification

· New customers must provide a valid ID when renting. We accept driver’s license, temporary ID, and passports.

4. Liability

· Plantation Equipment is not responsible for any damage, lost profits, or other losses from using the equipment. Plantation Equipment is not responsible for injuries to you or others while using the equipment.
